Does a Cemeterist need to create a new cemetery, or can I do it? [closed]

I need a cemetery category created for:

This is the main cemetery in Bogota and I'm creating some notables who are buried there. I've got one done so far:

You can do it Lucy. Just use the CIB and

 |address= }}

You MUST fill in

name=Cementerio Central

parent=Colombia

 location= Bogotá, Colombia

  The other parameters are preferred if you have the information.

Just checking since I've done them before, but I just don't want to step on any toes. Now I just need to double check the format being used by the Latin American Project!
