I didn't see Robert mentioned in Anne's estate inventory and testament, but her son Henri de Savoie is. The second reference mentioned in the information section on Anna Este (Este-9) also does not specifically mention Robert as a son. As a result I would not attach Robert as a son since there isn't definite evidence. I might add a research note that it has been proposed that he might be a son and reference any sources that specifically state he might be.
