Use of fictitious names for living WikiTree members

I thought I recalled reading somewhere that living WikiTree members needed to use real names for themselves in their profiles. If they wanted additional privacy, they could opt for "Anonymous" or an initial to represent their first or last name.  Where is that guidance? I would like to share it with someone.

Thank you.

You can check the naming conventions by going to the Help Index under Help at the top of the page. For a start check this section: Special Rules for Required Fields. There is also a section on Names for Living People.

Thank you. I saw those and neither address using a fictional name, which is what I thought I remembered seeing somewhere.
