If you mean on a profile you get it for free

add

=Heading 1 =

==Heading 2-1 ==

==Heading 2-2 ==

==Heading 2-3 ==

==Heading 2-4 ==
=Heading 1 nr 2  =
But you don't get one if there's only a small number of headings.

What they said in the comment, but don't use  = Heading 1 = . Start with == Heading == (two equal sign heading) and then === Subheadings === (three equal isgn headings. I've forgotten why we don't use the one equal sign = heading, but there's a reason.

Help page see the section on headings
