Is there a system of categories for monarchs by country?

Question

I'm not talking about royal houses - I know those already exist. I'm thinking more along the lines of rulers by nation so if I want to see all the rulers of Scotland or Norway or Belgium there would be a page for each of those.

Perhaps this already exists but I couldn't find it.

I think this is a missing link in the categorization process. What do you think?

The category you are searching for would be Royalty.  Several Space pages are there, a lot of work to be done.  European royalty  could be removed and incorporated into Royalty.
