[ German Translation Request ] Matthaus Hoffmann's marriage

Question

I am annoying with asking for translation help, I'm well aware, but the thing I'm looking for the most from this image is Mathaus's wife's information. I can't read the script, otherwise I'm halfway decent with extracting information from records I don't speak the language for.

If I'm reading it right, her father's name is Franz, but I can't get her surname (or her father's) from the document in question.

Edit: I also want to say I've seen so many variations of this guy's surname from different records that it's mind boggling....

Zahradnik or Zahradník is a relatively common Czech surname with several noteworthy individuals listed in Wikipedia.

If you look at the "r's" in the rest of the document (Tochter, Franz, Häußler, der, Margaretha) it is quite clear that the resemblance to an "m" is a quirk of handwriting.

Thanks for explaining your reasoning, Helmut. The comparison of "r"s does seem to support your conclusion. And I know the swoop of an old handwritten "h" can resemble the swoop of an old "s". Beyond "smodnik" or "smednik", there is little to recognize within my own conclusion. "Zahradnik" seems to be be the most logical.

First name does indeed look like Franz. The surname looks to me like "Zasmadvik" or "Zasmadnik". Could you share some of the other examples where Franz's last name appears?
