This is London, England.
I don't know but there's a Charles Eyles of Vere St receiving poor relief in June 1835 (aged 36) and dying in August 1836 who is almost certainly the same person.
Chris, Do you have a profile for him on Wiktiree?

There is a burial at St. Clement Danes on 25 August 1836 which indicates birth year as 1799 if that is any help.

The only 1799 baptism I can find is in Lambourn in Berkshire. Might be worth a closer look. Parents are Edward and Ann. There are also some other baptisms closer geographically, but further out in timeframe.
