I agree that for now, following Rubén's advice from that page is your only choice, but it requires you to make a tough choice - either make the profile look right for the family or make it right for DNA. At least you can use the biography section to explain the whole thing.
But there's no way around it, WikiTree is going to have to change this, and allow multiple parents per profile. To avoid repeating myself, see this.
