Padraig O'Dea's DNA has either not been tested or the test has not been entered here yet, so how do I enter this info?

If you are asking how to register your own DNA test then you go to the Add menu, select DNA Test Information, then follow the instructions for the type of test or tests that you want to register.

How do I find the correct GEDmatch ID?

Log on to your gedmatch account using your e-mail address and password. In the left hand panel of the first page you will see your gedmatch kit number.

https://www.wikitree.com/ does not have a left hand panel. Can you be more specific?

You find your gedmatch number on gedmatch.com if you have uploaded there. If you have not uploaded your DNA to gedmatch then you do not have a gedmatch number.
I am sorry that this suggestion could not have been made earlier today. This entire process is becoming harder, not easier. I now have to figure out how to upload my DNA on a different site.
You do not have to upload it elsewhere Padraig. That is an option you can choose to do. Which company did you test with?

I just found this account from June of last year, so I am already registered. I apologize for my oversight. I found the Maternal Haplogroup and the Paternal Haplogroup on 23&Me, so where do I find the Y-chromosome haplogroup and the Mitochondrial haplogroup?

The Paternal Haplogroup is the Y-chromosome haplogroup. The Maternal Haplogroup is the Mitochondrial haplogroup.
