Advice before adding child of this pre-1700 De La Garza profile?

Question

I am trying to add the children to the profile of Cpt Joseph Adriano (De La Garza) de la Garza Gutiérrez and  Maria de Elizondo de la Garza (De_Elizondo-4). There are 12 children according to the documents cited below. I have passed the pre-1700 certification and am now associated with three projects.

A continue getting restricted on several other pre-1700 profile additions.

I would like to reach the Club 1000 badge .. but this is being restricted!!

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

While I believe Inclan has a generally good reputation for Mexican genealogy, his first citation is without sources.
