The source for this Walker family is "The Descendants of John Walker of Wigton, Scotland" by Emma Siggins White, 1902 at http://archive.org/stream/genealogyofdesce00inwhit/genealogyofdesce00inwhit_djvu.txt
The difficulty is that I do not find that Hugh Walker, husband of Mary Kelso, had a daughter Jane. Walker-32638 is linked to a daughter Jane Walker, wife of Alexander McPheeters III.
In White's book, the discussion of Alexander McPheeters and his wife Jane Campbell begins pages 4 and 5. The discussion of Rachel Moore and her husband William McPheeters begins p. 70. I can't find a Jane Walker married to a McPheeters as early as 1779 in Rockbridge County, VA My hunch is that somehow Jane Campbell got confused with a supposed Jane Walker.
