Thanks for the merge, Beverly. The WikiTree program does offer to reverse the order. Alternatively, the direction from which you approach the merge causes it to initially favor one direction or the other. But it will still offer to correct the direction prior to completing the merge. Watch for a button to reverse it.

I messaged Norman Dodge to ask that. He said he rejected the merge because I proposed it in the wrong direction so that the newer/longer number would take precedence. I had thought you could choose which number "wins" when you approve the merge, but I'm still fairly new at this. Was going to propose a new one today when I got the chance, but you beat me to it.  :)
