I regret I don’t really have the experience to be a project manager, and will probably need some guidance, but I would like to join the project. I have both maternal and paternal Swiss ancestors that settled where I live today, an area of Ohio in the foothills of the Appalachias. (Our school district is “Switzerland of Ohio”.) Thanks.
I'd like to participate. My great-grandparents were Paul Maire of La Sagne (NE) and Marie Crausaz of Trey (VD).
Great page! What a wonderful start to this exciting project!!

I had an awesome experience I have to share!!!

For many years I have been working on my Great Grandmother. I even visited Altdorf last year to search the archives in person.

For much of this year I have been entering the information I received into wikitree, but I had no success in finding my family.

Then today I received breakthrough information from the website https://www.geneal-forum.com/

Someone there found my question and did research and found what I was looking for.
