Dear Trudy,

I have looked into your site and do see many parallels for names and such. I may have mentioned that I am working Ancestry and also the LDS site. I have found many parallels in the LDS site that similiar, possibly the same as what you are showing in your family line, e.g, Henry VIII, the Tudors, James V (Stewarts/Stuarts/Steuarts -- my line has many of them), William Douglas. Scottish clans -- Captain Alexander Leslie, 1st Earl of Leven; General Sir John Ruthven; Sir Knight William Ruthven; Captain Walter Stuart; Susannah Jane Berry (the Berry line goes very deep in my family and I noticed that some of the Hunnicutts in other sites are referencing "Berry"). I have many Mormons in my family, have found that Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, etc. are all cousins. The Flakes of Pinetop are cousins. The Romneys. Even John McCain. Just too many to mention. I am looking foward to exchanging information, just remember that for Wiki I am just starting off and have not gotten very far. The farther you go, the more you have to "feed" more and more data, as its a geometric progression 2-4-8-16-32 with common ratio 2. I am much more familiar with the LDS site because I have been working there for about 3 years. I do know that Keziah Norman is one of my grandmothers, and she is the sister of Karenpuchic Norman and a direct descendent of William the Conqueror. Just one more point, to mention, possible relation to Thomas Rolfe, son of John Rolfe and Pocahontas. I have a written geneology record from any years ago that states this (late 1990s- early 2000's) but I am also aware of some kind of argument regarding some paths within that affect such claims. Sometimes I am related, sometimes I am not, depending upon which side "wins" the argument at that juncture. I don't personally care, none of this is life-changing for me. I am here because it's fun to discover, I am curious, and have learned alot about my family from the past. But the Jamestown connection -- I wonder if there could be a Hunnicutt in there? I have found too many people that I am related to and this strains my belief. I hope you understand if i take much of this with a grain of salt. I have to be conviced and this is why I am here in wikitree now. I want a 2nd opinion, and a 3rd, etc.

I will be in touch. Please be aware that I don't do this everyday. And I know that you are ill and I pray that you will recover and return to good health! May God be with you.

Hi, can you share with me what you have on Thomas Warren II and Elizabeth Plaw? I'm preparing an app for the Jamestowne Society and the connection seems to be through them. I haven't got past the John Nicholsons yet!! I'm trying to figure out which one is mine or how many of them are mine. I'd appreciate any help you could give me and any documentation. Thank! Please see my comment on Norris-8498 regarding your rejection of the "Mary Ann Norris'/'Nancy Ann Norris' merger. All details bar the first name being the same, I have little doubt that they are the same person.

If you wish to remain, please let us know how you have been contributing to the tasks and goals of the project or any of its sub-projects recently, it would be very helpful to the leaders.

If we do not hear back from you within the week, we will assume you have moved on to other things and remove you from the project. You will always be welcome to rejoin should your interests shift back in this direction.

Thank you,

As part of a re-vitalization of the WikiTree US Presidents Project we are asking members if they are planning to continue their contributions to the project. We are establishing a page where everyone can identify the President or Vice President that they wish to manage. Just respond to this message to let me know 1) Are you planning to continue with the Project and 2) do you have a specific President or Vice President that you are interested in.

Hello Trudy,

Thank you so much for responding to our check-in for the Southern Colonies and Southern Pioneers

We are sorry to hear that you are not currently active, but we understand that life happens, interests shift as we grow our shared tree and that some members may have moved on to projects more pertinent their ancestors

The badge will be removed.

You will always be welcome to rejoin the Southern Colonies, when your interests shift back in this direction. Your profiles will always be there for you to update, source more, add stickers, etc.

Hi Trudy,

We realise the time has come to dissolve the UK Project in favour of the individual country projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

We are checking in with all UK badge holders to find out which country project(s) you would like to be in so you can collaborate with other members, have the opportunity to select which team(s) you would like to join, and so we can ensure you have all the correct badges.

Please respond by PM to let us know which country project(s) you would like to be in. Please don’t assume we know. We are effectively starting from scratch to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Once you have done this, the Coordinator for Membership in the relevant country project(s) will be in touch to help get you situated.

Many thanks,

Susie

You need a big floppy hat, something to drink with an umbrella in it, a waterhose and a small child who likes legos. They will happily spray you all day girl! Throw in a great book and that's a vacation!

LORD HAIVE MERCY! You can keep it! Don't want it! Don't even think about sending your heat or your sheddongd to me! My groomer would fire me and never even think about my fur babies ever again!

Sadie, 5 yo Old English Mastiff, Moxy, 10 yo Bullmastiff, Cicero, 10 yo Bassett Hound and Rosie, 3yo Rat Terrier have pla7stic pools (the cheap ones from Walmart. Rosie's is an infant pool that she still has to jump over the side of. The big dogs have larger ones). When it gets really hot, we fill them up. Pour in coolers of ice in each and let the spa day.

We have to do it early in the day or late in the day of course, but they love it!

Nothing like cuddling up and smelling "Wet Dog" all night! That's some sexy stuff there!

Trudy,

You are on my prayer list too! I hope Tucson is treating you well, I couldn't deal with that heat. I have 2 window units, a ceiling fan and central ac to keep my bedroom below 65 here in Louisiana. My hubby wears sweats, fuzzy socks and a hoody year round...lol.

I'm glad your son is there for you. We are blessed to have friends and family who care enough to be there for us and share our pain.

I'm so glad to have found you. Hugs, Laura
