Biography

Sarah (Porter) Judson immigrated to New England as a child during the Puritan Great Migration (1621-1640).

Sarah Porter was baptized March 15, 1624/5 at Felsted, county Essex, England, to parents John and Anna (White) Porter.[1][2] The family came to New England from Felstead, Essex, England July 17. 1638, probably in the ship Susan and Ellen. She married Joseph Judson October 24, 1644. She died March 16, 1696/7.[2][3]

She was buried at Old Congregational Burying Ground, Stratford, Fairfield, Connecticut (Find A Grave)
