an account of the aforesaid property has been taken in writting by the Fieldcornet P:L: Moolman, and inventoried and appraised by the undersigned commissioned Members of the Orphan Board, and found to consist as follows

A fourth part in the buildings erected on the loanplace called Groote Vischgat situate at the Sandrivier behind the Buffeljagtsrivier in the district of Swellendam ^[4]
