Biography
Rebecca Colville, was long suggested but unproven, to be the spouse of John Throckmorton (1601-1687). This was because of the will of Edward Colvill, Gent., of Bradford, Essex, England 1 Aug 1679 left a 6 pound legacy to "kinsmen" John Thockmorton of Middletown, NJ, New England.[1]
However kinsman is not son in law.
New discoveries have revealed that the wife of John Throckmorton was instead Rebecca Farrand[2]
