Thomas was born in 1844 to John and Jane Blue-Wilson. He was the grandfather of US President Ronald Reagan.

All the "see also; sources" listed below are either no longer available on the internet or they do not agree that this is the correct Thomas A Wilson...

F-A-G is updated to 1899, has no source, he is not found on the 1900 census and neither is his daughter, born 1884 Nellie Clyde.

Nellie's father left them when Nellie was seven. Her mother died when Nellie was 17. Nellie worked as a milliner in Fulton. ^[1]

Hugh Brogan and Charles Mosley give the December 12, 1909, death date in American Presidential Families.^[2]

THIS SURE looks like Nelle with her mother and siblings

The assumption is that she had no idea where her husband was, as he had left and therefore considered herself a widow.
