I saw that you just joined WikiTree Glad to have you aboard.
The reason I am writing is that I noticed you chose our Integrators Challenge for this month.
Being that you have not become fully noted as a geneogolist and not familar with how we do things yet, please note that one must be with WikiTree about 3 months to participate. Actually the Integrator challenge is an advanced challenge that we offer.
When you complete a new profile for one of your relatives just skip over checking a challenge when trying to save the profile.
If you have any questions please get with a greeter and they will be glad to help you along the way. Also you can go here to see how we recommend newcomers to get started:
As you have been a member of WikiTree for a few weeks now, I thought I would check in to see how you are getting on with the site.
Has the New Member How-To been helpful, or left you with any questions?
This page may be of interest to you, Getting Started with Genealogy on WikiTree. These pages can help you with Sources and Adding Sources on WikiTree. The RootSearch tool on every profile is very helpful, you log in with the same login as your WikiTree login.
I noticed that you were looking for living relatives. I would suggest posting in the G2G forum. You could title the question something like "Looking for 'surname' Relatives From 'location'. In the body of the post put what information you have that may catch the attention of someone related. Tag your G2G post and put spaces between the words, such as the surname/s you are looking for location/s. This will draw the attention of people following those surnames and/or places.

We were all novices at some point. Take a look at Getting Started With Genealogy for some great tips on recording your family history.
WikiTree is a collaborative site for people of all experience levels. Did you become a guest because you want to start adding your family and contribute to our shared tree? Add as much as you can, then use the RootSearch feature I mentioned above. It will help you locate records that may give you clues about other family members. You can also ask for looking for information on a specific person in G2G. There are a lot of wonderful members that will try to help you.
If you are still having trouble please let me know.
I am pleased to welcome you to the WikiTree family, your contributions will go a long way to joining the world together.
I would suggest starting with the New Member How-To pages, they will save you a lot of time and frustration. Don't be afraid to ask questions in our G2G forum and get involved as much or as little as works for you. Be sure to check out the tabs at the very top right hand side of your profile, there is lots to discover!
I am here to answer any question you have, no matter how trivial you may think it is. There is no such thing as a silly question. Please add as much information as you can, it all helps to turn a “name” back into a person. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do!
Hi! I can see that you added a memory, but I can't see what you said (the posts in the memory section have a different privacy level than comments posted in this public section). If it was in response to Shirley's request, please let me know & I'll be happy to confirm you.
You Volunteered before I could post a welcome for you with information and instructions for Volunteering. Please review the information below and leave another comment so one of our Volunteer greeters can confirm you.
