Research Notes

She appears in land records, in Dutchess County with son, Thomas.[2] Thomas is also mentioned in his will, quoted by Bielinski.[3] Elsje appears to have not used the name "van Kleeck". She went from using Barents in the first book of Albany church records to Sanders in the second.

Van Kleeck-45 and Barents-42 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge into the patronymic NNS PPP. No tree conflicts. Thanks! Switched mother to the same as the PPP profile for merge.
