Hi Steven, in case your wondering why so many of the US Civil War profiles are labeled category right now, is that I've been searching for profiles that need to be connected to the tree. Also, I'm removing a medium lever category "Confederate Army, US Civil War" from profiles that have the infantry listed. That particular category is a holding place for profiles that don't have units listed. I also want to say thank you for the wonderful job you've done on the Civil War profiles, listing their units, having sources. IMPRESSIVE!! Thank you.

Hi, it's been a couple of weeks since asking if you wished to remain in the US Civil War Between the States Project. I'd appreciate you letting me know by the end of February if you desire to remain in the Project. If I haven't heard from you by then, I'll assume you no longer wish to participate. I hope to hear from you soon, thank you.

Hi Steven, I just wanted to thank you for all the work you've done to improve the US Civil War Between the States Project. I'm doing a check-in with all project members and wanted to verify that you're still interested in being a member of the project. Also, any suggestions for the Project would be welcome. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for volunteering! I am pleased to confirm your membership to WikiTree.

As we've said, WikiTree is quite different from other genealogy sites. So, we've put together a guided tour. Your first stop is How to Start Climbing Our Tree. Next week, you'll get another message with your next stop on the guided tour.

You can also meet some of us in the G2G forum. Feel free to jump in and answer our Question Of The Week: Have you attended a family reunion this summer?

If you have trouble with the links in this message, try clicking through from your profile page.

Tomorrow, you'll hear from a Mentor who will check in to see how you're doing and answer your questions.
