Mr. Patricson (given name unknown) was estimated to have been born in 1600 probably in England.
He migrated to New England in the 1630s as an agent of Mathew Cradock, settling in Medford where Cradock had financed a large farm.[1]
In 1635 Israel Stoughton of Dorchester in Massachusetts Bay Colony wrote to his brother John Stoughton of London saying "There coming this friend Mr. Patricson (Mr. Cradock's agent here) so happily in the spring, I thought I would not omit to write a word ..." Further in the letter he writes, "I suppose you may inform yourself of Mr. Patricson and Mr. Cradock if you shall desire more full relations".[1]
The length of time Mr. Patricson spent in New England is unknown, however by 1635 he had returned to England and was replaced by Cradock's agent Thomas Mayhew.[1]
