She married James Westbrook before the birth of their first child, which is generally estimated to be about 1661.
Research Notes
Her maiden name is unknown. Various unsourced family trees give her a maiden name of Manley or Puckett.
This profile contains little source data, and attempts to sort out the various theories and documents on the wife of James Westbrook Sr. Can you add sources and vital data?
Despite the FindAGrave memorial for this person[2] being attached to memorials for John and Ann Puckett, this is a different person than John and Ann Puckett's daughter Mary, who married (1) Richard Womack, (2) John Granger. She was in her early 20s in 1679, at which time she was married to Richard Womack. (See her father's profile for sources.) Note that most online trees say John and Ann married in 1649, but a reliable source for that date is needed. This profile for Mary Elizabeth m Westbrook has her birth in 1647.
Various online trees have her son's wife Elizabeth Puckett 1670-1717 (married James Westbrook Jr.) as granddaughter of John & Ann, a daughter of either William or Thomas, but dates on this profile and the profile for James Westbrook indicate that she is older than the Mary who was the daughter of John & Anne:
James Westbrook's profile (as of 10 October 2021) has his marriage to Elizabeth Puckett in 1661 and his death date as 1717. The profiles attached as his children have birth dates from 1645 to 1674.
The profile for John Granger shows he married Mary Puckett, widow of Richard Womack, on 1 April 1690 and that he died in 1726 (albeit without specific sources).
The following information was listed on John Puckett's profile page (before a significant edit, 8-10 October 2021, which combined the many lists of children):
Mary Elizabeth Ruth Womack (born Puckett), 1629- ?[3]
Gary Puckett advises that there are two Puckett families in America that date to early colonial times:[6]
Y-DNA results have verified that there were two separate Puckett family lines established in early colonial times. It has generally been assumed that because of their arrival at around the same time in early Virginia that they were brothers. This assumption is not supported by Y-DNA testing of the descendants of these two men. The Y-DNA of these men has been clearly defined and is posted on the Puckett DNA page along with links to the pedigrees.[6]

I'm not finding anything about a Westbrook marriage in this timeframe for John Puckett's family. His daughter - Mary (Puckett) Granger (abt.1657-abt.1692) - married (1) Richard Womack befor 1679 and (2) John Granger by 1690.
It looks like this Mary born 1647/married Westbrook belongs to a different family and needs to be disconnected from John and his wife Anne.

Thanks for the reply Karen. I've moved my comment to G2G. It looks like this Mary married Westbrook is a better match for the Elizabeth married Westbrook who's thought to be daughter of either Thomas or William (granddaughter of John Puckett-171).

So from what I found on family search Virginia: James Westbrook to Eliza Puckett - The Annals and history of Henrico Parish - Diocese of Virginia - and St. John's P.E. Church - page 227 was Proof of only am Elizabeth Puckett . until further investigation of the surname Manley ,,, it should be disconnected. His wife was clearly a Puckett.
Manley-745 and Puckett-175 appear to represent the same person because: There is no source for the surname. These are clearly the same woman. The surname should be UNKNOWN, and the possible surnames then would be discussed in Research Notes.
Merge completed of husband giving him 2 wives with the first name Elizabeth. Additionally there is an unmerged match of son Westbrook-676 and Westbrook-243 a Processing of that merge is on hold until the mother's maiden name can be determined. Once that is decided merges of the other children will need to be investigated (Samuel, James, William, and John are listed as children of both women).
