Hi David, it's been eleven days since I asked if your still interested in the US Civil War Project. I'll assume if I haven't heard from you in the next ten days that your interest in the project has changed, and I'll remove your badge. I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thank you.

Pam Kreutzer, Leader of the US Civil War Project

Hi David, the US Civil War Project is conducting a Check-in for 2024 to see if your still interested/active in the Project.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you. You can click the reply button or message me with your answer. Thank you. Pam Kreutzer, Leader of the US Civil War Project

Hi David, thanks for sending me a PM, I'm afraid I don't know much more about the Brenner family but it's possible your son's teacher may have been part of my extended family. I think I may have more Brenners to add in from an ancestry.com GEDcom - was hoping I wasn't adding in duplicates to the tree. Please reach back out if I can help you in your research!

Hi David, I just wanted to thank you for all the work you've done to improve the US Civil War Between the States Project. I'm doing a check-in with all project members and wanted to verify that you're still interested in being a member of the project. Also, any suggestions for the Project would be welcome. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

P Kreutzer, US Civil War Between the States Project Leader.

Hi David

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz

As Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within a project coordinating them is essential. Please ensure location data matches dates of profile, avoid abbreviations, add sources with citations & links for sources to support the data. From wiki ID go to Research to find sources

The United States  Project would be of interest. Adding the tag UNITED_STATES will connect you

Explore Pre-1700 Projects list to find one that fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or topic

PS Links not working, click them in your comment

If you have Argyll relatives you will find quite a bit of intermarriage. They were all related even before the crossed they sea!
Welcome to WikiTree, Dave! Thank you for volunteering. We're glad to have you here. The reason you had difficulty adding your father is because "Guest" accounts are restricted until a Greeter confirms your membership. You should now be able to build your tree any way you like now!

Then click the "[father?]" link from your profile or tree page. This brings you to a form for creating your father.

NOT TRUE - it brings me back to the Profile page !!
