Biography

Christian was born on 01 Dec 1705 in Michelbach am Heuchelberg. He was the son of Hanß Jacob Eigster and Catharina.[1][2]

Birth: Dec. 1, 1710 Baden-Württemberg, Germany Death: Mar. 3, 1747 York County Pennsylvania, USA

Christian came to America with his father Johan Jacob, mother Catherine, and at least 3 sisters and 1 brother in 1717. Christian married Anna Margaretha Schmeisser in 1732. He received a warrant for 100 acres in Manheim Township on October 30, 1736. He died 03 MAR 1747 in Eysterville (?), West Manchester Township, York County, PA. Will dated August 26, 1746. His wife Anna Margaretha remarried Martin Miller sometime before 1749. Christian and Anna had the following children: Elias Hannah Margaret Elisabetha George Christian Christina

Eister-66 and Eyster-47 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents,same siblings,DOB and DOD are close,these appear to be the same person.

Christian is my ancestor. Settled in W. Manchester Twsp, York, PA. Using the spelling Eyster. He is interred somewhere upon that said property. Robin Eyster
