"Sketches" states about the year 1736, Nehemiah removed to Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Three nephews, sons of Joseph Allen Jr. went with him. The three were Joseph Allen the third, Moses, and Aaron. Joseph and Moses were town officers the year following the incorporation of the town in 1738. There was another progenitor of the Allen family in Sturbridge, Issac Allen, also from Medfield.
Nehemiah, the tenth child of Joseph and Hannah is the lineage of Cyrus Graves Allen. Nehemiah is the second great-grandfather of Cyrus Graves. (He is the 6th great-grandfather of Dellen Nicholas.)

I believe that this profile is a mixture of two men by the same name. Per the records shown, he did not die in Connecticut and he was having children with his first wife until 1746. I have added sources to prove that this man was NOT the husband of Hannah Wakely.
Allen-12898 and Allen-12844 appear to represent the same person because: these appear to be the same person with the same parentage and the same birth dates
