Christopher was born about 1706. He was the son of Richard Badley and Alice Short. He passed away after 1788.
On 12 Mar 1745 his father Richard deeded over to him half of "Badley's Design which consisted of 50 acres. The day before his father gave the other half of "Badley's Design" to his youngest son William[1]
On 26 Nov 1770 Christopher Short Badley sold Thomas Badley, son of William, a tract of land called "Badley's Design" consisting of 50 acres for 7 pounds, 10 shilling[2]
