Biography

René Lawson "R. L." Baham was born on 14 Feb. 1851[1] at Louisiana, USA. He appeared on the census of 16 July 1860 in the household of his parents René Valcour Bahm and Margaret (Bailey) Baham, at St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.[2] He appeared on the census of 28 July 1870 in the household of his parents at Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana..[3] He appeared on the census of June 1880 at Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.[4] He was a day laborer at a turpentine factory when he appeared in the 1900 census. [5]

René died on 7 May 1919 at Roberts, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, at age 68 [6] and was buried at Bahm Cemetery, Husser, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.[1]
