Biography
Élisabeth Benoit was born about 1714 in Acadie, daughter of Jean Benoit (~1681–~1772) and Marie Anne Breau (1688–<1731).
- Elisabeth (Isabelle) was listed after her sister Catherine born about 1712 and placed before Claude with no date, but married 4 years later than she did and before Olivier born about 1717.[1]
Isabelle (18) married Joseph Hebert (22) (born about 1710 in Cobequit, Acadie, Nouvelle-France; son of Jean Hebert and Marie Landry) in 1733 in Acadie. Their children were:
- Anne Josephe Hebert (~1731–~1764)
- Joseph Hebert (~1734–~1789)[2]
- Françoise Hebert (~1738– )[3]
- Marie Hébert (1737– )[4]
- Elisabeth Hébert (1742– )[5]
- Jean Baptiste Hébert (~1745–1768)
Isabelle died before 1750 in Acadie, aged about 35.
