Leonice (Boudreau) Pothier is a descendant of an Acadian

Anastasie Leonice Boudreau was the daughter of Josue Boudreau and Elizabeth Pothier.^[1]
She was born December 4, 1891^[1], and was baptised December 6, 1891 at St. Michael's^[1] in Tusket Wedge, Nova Scotia.^[2]
At the time of her marriage she was residing at 13 London Street in East Boston, Massachusetts employed as a machine operator.^[3]
She married Jean Cyriaque Pothier, the son of Martin Pothier and Emilienne LeBlanc, on April 15, 1923 in East Boston, Massachusetts.^[3]

They had 2 children together^[1]:

1. Elizabeth Emilie born in 1924^[1]
2. Josue Martin born in 1928^[1]

In 1927 Anastasie and her husband moved into the house he purchased at 136 Cape Wharf Rd. in Upper Wedgeport^{[4] [2]}
Anastasie Leonice died April 1, 1943^[1][5] in Upper Wedgeport^[4], and her funeral was held April 3, 1943 at St. Michael's.^[1]
She was buried at St. Michael's Cemetery: Section C, Row 27, Marker 1076.^[6]
