Unknown-54729 and Buchanan-148 do not represent the same person because: Elizabeth (Unknown-54729) was married twice to Thomas Black and after his death to Morris Cox. On the other hand, Buchanan-148 was married to a Richard Elkins and had several children with him. Aside from the same first name and same decade of birth I don't see any reason to think these would be the same person.
