Great to have you here. I notice your interest in tracing a Revolutionary War ancestor. Please check out my profile. You'll see I've done a few. I'd be happy to discuss it with you. Also, check out the 1776 project. When you do have lines, I'd encourage you to put your patriot ancestors in that project! PM

Welcome to WikiTree, and thank you for your interest.
If you just want to look things up, or upload a GEDCOM for match, you do not need to take further actions.
If you want to contribute to WikiTree (add profiles, collaborate etc.), you must sign up as a volunteer. Doing so I will ask you to tell a little about your plans on your profile page. Do not volunteer unless you plan to contribute please!
After volunteering you can sign the HONOR CODE. You'll then become a full member and can help grow WikiTree through participation in the community. WikiTree also have MENTORS in case you need guidance.
