Disputed Origins

Anderson[1] states Anna was by Edmund's second wife, and born circa 1640. However, An article in the Winter 2022 Mayflower Descendant[2] states the three sisters (Sarah, Anna and Mary) were much more likely to be by his first wife (while Ruth was likely daughter by his second wife).

There is no further record of Anna after mention in her father's 1662 will.

Many unsourced genealogies state Anna was the wife of John Pickworth but no contemporary evidence has been found for this.

Biography

Anna was born about 1614. She was the daughter of Edmund Chandler. She passed away after 1662.
