Biography
Rosanna was born on the 13th August 1877 the daughter of Daniel Channing (1851 - ) and Hannah (Templeman) Channing (1849 - ), and her birth was registered in the 3rd quarter 1877 in Taunton, Somerset.[1][2][3]
1881 Census on the 3rd April 1881 Rosanna was living at 105 and 106 East Reach, Taunton with her parents Daniel and Hannah, and her siblings Elizabeth and William. A cousin, Elizabeth, was also living there.[4]
1891 Census on the 5th April 1891 Rosanna was living at 122 East Reach, Taunton ('Wagon & Horses' Inn) with her parents Daniel and Hannah, and her siblings Elizabeth, William and Mabel.[5]
1901 Census on the 31st March 1901 Rosanna, a dressmaker, was living at 122 East Reach, Taunton ('Wagon & Horses' Inn) with her parents Daniel and Hannah, and her sister Mabel. Daniel's brother James was also living there, as was Daniel's granddaughter Lily Hiett.[6]
Rosanna was employed as a dressmaker
Rosanna married Albert Porter (1878 - 1968) about 1902 and the marriage was registered in the 1st quarter of that year in Taunton, Somerset.[7]
1911 Census on the 2nd April 1911 Rosanna was living at Tankerton, St Johns Road, Earlswood, Redhill, Surrey with her husband Albert and their children Gladys, Grace, Ronald and Arthur.[8]
In the 1921 census Rose (age 44), House Duties, was the wife of Albert Porter at 22 Middle Street, Worcester, Worcestershire, England.[9]

Rosanna attended her sister-in-law Mabel (Porter) Silvester's funeral in Taunton in 1928. She was living in Worcester.[10][11]
1939 National Register on the 29th September 1939 Rosanna was living at 22 Middle Street, Worcester, Worcestershire with her husband Albert and her son Arthur.[3]
Rosanna died aged 87 in Malvern, Worcestershire and her death was registered in the 1st quarter 1964.[12]
