Crews-1599 and Crew-31 appear to represent the same person because: Wow, there is this whole duplicate family thing going on here! It's not just a few profiles! You guys can see how these are the same... but I'd really like a profile manager who is really comfortable with the Crew/Crews debate to decide which way this one goes.

Crew-645 and Crew-31 appear to represent the same person because: Please merge Andrew W. Crew into Andrew Crew as they represent the same person. The GEDCOM will need to be cleaned up (said the pot to the kettle). But Crew-31 is well sourced and managed and will remain the profile. Thanks.
Cruise-156 and Crew-31 appear to represent the same person because: The last name at birth sould be decided agter the parents merge is completed.

I don't know why the birth year was reported as "after 1701", so left it in place.

Crew-31 and Crew-51 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents, and looking at children listed for the father, there is no evidence that this family had two sons named Andrew.
