Biography

Alexandre Douairon is on the Wall of Names at the Acadian Memorial in St. Martinville, Louisiana Plaque Plaque 6 Right Le Bon Papa, Arrive Le 29 Juillet 1785. Listed with him is his spouse Ursule Hebert and their children: Isaac, Mathurin, Joseph, Jean Baptiste, Marie Rose and Magdelaine. [1]

Mathurin Luc was born in 1772. He was the son of Alexandre Doiron and Ursule Hebert.

29 July 1785 :Immigration - New Orleans, Orleans, LA.[2]

Mathurin DOIRON, age 12, son of Alexandre DOIRON, traveling with him and his wife Ursule HÉBERT and five siblings as the 9th family (of 8 persons) aboard "Le Bon Papa."

3 June 1800 : Marriage (with Marguerite Marie Marine HEBERT) - Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge, LA[3]

Maturin DOARON, son of Alexandro & Ursule EBER, married on 3 Jun 1800 to Margarita EBER, daughter of Juan Baptista & Margarita RICHARD. Witnesses: Alexis EBER; Baptiste EBER. Recorded at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Baton Rouge, LA (SJA-3, 26 & 27).

He passed away about 1824.[4]
