Mary was born in 1782. She passed away in 1825.

These are Colonel Shelman Durham wife’s mother, father, brothers and sisters.

Sims, father of Susan Durham, was born in North Caroline March 14, 1769 and died in Atala County, Mississippi on February 21, 1845. He was a Baptist.

Mary Harvey Sims was born November 17, 1782. She married Lenard Sims. She died in Monroe County, Georgia, on November 17, 1825.

Come Greeting Know ye that I Elizabeth Walker of the County of Columbia late Widow of William Harvey of the State of South Carolina for and in Consideration of the nautral love and affection which I have and bear unto my daughter Martha late Martha Harvey and now the wife of Lewis Byne of Burke County and of the natural love and affection which I have and bear unto my Daughter Mary late Mary Harvey and now the wife of Leonard Sims of Baldwin County and also for and in Consideration of the sum of
