Biography

Jean Jacquemin died young.

Jean was born on 15 April 1730. He was the son of Pierre Jacquemin and Marguerite Haché. He was baptized informally at birth by the priest "à qui j'ai donné moi-même l'eau" because the priest was sick. During this informal ceremony the child was held by his godparents Sieur Despié aide major de l'Isle Royale and madame de Vilmé. The baptism was supplemented on 14 May 1730 in Port-Lajoie.

He passed away on 6 April 1733 and was buried the next day in Port-Lajoie.[1]
