Biography
Eva Charlotta Keijser was born on December 23, 1850 at Skultuna bruk in Skultuna parish, Västmanland, Sweden. She was the daughter of Anders Gustaf Kejser and his wife Celina Vilhelmina Lindberg.[1][2]
She had four brothers: Gustaf Oskar Keijser b. 1849, Anders Rudolf Kejser b. 1853, Knut Albert Kejser b. 1856 and Karl Johan Kejser b. 1867.
The family moved from Skulruna to Västerås on November 5, 1858. [3]
She married bruksarbetare Carl Johan Holmberg in 1876. They had children Johan Axel b. 1879, Carl Oscar b. 1881, Elsa Charlotta b. 1883 and Gustaf Emil b. 1887.[4]
She passed away from "njurlidande" lit. "kidney suffering", i.e. kidney disease, at the hospital in Västerås (Västerås lasarett) on May 13, 1898. She was buried in Skultuna on May 21, 1898.[5][6] She left her husband and four children behind.
