From the Miami News-Record (Miami, Oklahoma), 28 August 1935:

"Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Longan of Peoria are visiting their daughter, Mrs. T. A. Captain, and family. They visited last week with their other daughters, Mrs. Dorris [sic] Bluejacket and Mrs. Em Simpson." ^[1]

"Mrs. Alta Graham of Peoria and son, Armel [sic] Graham and family, Mrs. T. A. Captain of No. 5 district, Mrs. Lucy Stoner of Peoria district, Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Longan of Peoria town and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Simpson were all called to the bedside of their mother and grandmother, Mrs. Eliza Longon [sic], who is critically ill at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Doris Bluejacket." ^[3]
