DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Martha by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Martha:

It is impossible for Thomas Perrin to be the father of Martha Ann Marin Perrin since he died 6 years before she was born. Also notice the inclusion of Marin in her name which shows the connection to her mother Ann Gros Marin.

There is no evidence Ann's LNAB was Marin or Gromarin or Gros Marin. She was the daughter of Robert Porter and married a Thomas Perrin. No relationship has yet been found between Thomas and any Richard Perrin, other than Ann and Thomas' son Richard.

Furthermore, the profile says Martha was born in 1683, so the date of 1694 isn't supported by any sources.

As the previous comment points out, this profile has the wrong parents listed. All four sisters Anne (Perrin) East (abt.1677-), Elizabeth (Perrin) Hatcher (abt.1679-abt.1748), Jean (Perrin) Bayley (abt.1681-) and Martha Ann Marin (Perrin) Cardwell (1694-1751) are siblings to John Perrin (-bef.1717) and Richard Perrin who died before June of 1704. All six are the children of Thomas Perrin (1639-1688) and Ann (Porter) Perrin (1650-1711).

All of this comes from bonds and estate details outlined in several of the profiles.

I thought the deed records detailed under Porter-3627 show Martha Perrin Cardwell was the daughter of Ann Porter-3627 and Thomas Perrin-801. Yet this has her as a daughter of Richard Perrin who is likely a brother of Thomas and if so an uncle to Martha.

I am following up on a compelling, though not proven, path to Scottish nobility up this line. I've made a page that links here confirming autosomal connections as far as I can take it. The worst that can happen is we solidify these profiles? please contact me Amanda with any problems you have with my additions to a Research Note in this profile. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Perrin-2256 and Perrin-33 appear to represent the same person because: same death date, same child

Perrin-33 and Perrin-2256 do not represent the same person because: Perrin-2256 is Aunt of Perrin-33
Martha Ann Marin Perrin-33 [daughter of Richard Perrin, Jr Perrin-2063 & Ann Gros Marin -588] is the granddaughter of Richard E. Perrin-673 & Katherine Ann Royall-7. Martha Perrin-2256 therefore is their daughter & aunt of Martha A. M. Perrin-33, plus sister of her father. It seems unlikely that Thomas R. Cardwell -6 would’ve been married to both.

It also seems unlikely that Thomas would’ve had two sons named George Cardwell-1238 & George Cardwell-228 that lived and went on to both die on the same date 28 May 1765.

Perrin-33 and Perrin-674 appear to represent the same person because: These clearly look like a duplication.
Martha Perrin-33 Cardwell & Martha Ann Marin Perrin-674 Cardwell need to be merged.
