Biography

Anastasie Petitpas was born about 1773, daughter of Louis Benjamin Petitpas and Marie Josèphe Dugas.[1]

Anastasie (32) married Valentin McDonald (30) (born in Gabarus, Cape Breton Co., Nova Scotia) in 1806.[1]

Their known children were:

  1. Valentin McDonald (about 1803 – Mar 5 1877)
  2. Marie Marguerite McDonald (about 1808 – Sep 24 1891)

Anastasie died on Feb 4, 1844 in D'Escousse, Richmond Co., Isle Madame, Nova Scotia, Canada, aged about 70.[1]
