Daughter of Pierre Piette and Marie-Jacqueline Harel. This conflicts with profile which shows Marie-Thérèse Charron as mother -- being investigated. [1]
Vol XVII pg 103 Notaire Nicolas Senet[2]
Marriage in 1720, probably in Sorel, Berthier-en-Haut not having its church yet (established 1727).[3]

Jean Baptiste Hainaut, bapt 20 Dec 1722 Sorel, godfather Jean Baptiste Charron godmother Marie Anne Latour; died & buried 18 Dec 1755 Berthier-en-Haut, the record gives him around 22 years of age (sic), naming his parents.

Error, Françoise married and used her own name consistently. Angélique uses that name, sometimes with Marie in front, on all records throughout her 2 marriages. Age at death is an estimate by the priest, as were many of these. Puts her birth at around 1724. Joseph has no twin.)

Research notes
So we have a conflict between the parents. She is tied to Antoine Piet dit Trempe dit Lafrenière and Marie Thérèse Charron. Her marriage contract gives Antoine Piet dit Lafresnière and Marie Jacqueline Harel as her parents. Tanguay puts her as daughter of Pierre and Marie Harel.[8] On a search for couples, the man married to Marie Jacqueline Harel is not named Antoine but Pierre Piette dit Trempe. They're all living in Berthier, so everybody is related.
René Jetté gives her parents as Antoine and Thérèse Charron [9] Pierre is son of Pierre and of Marie Anne Ratel.
Looking over baptisms of children and who were godparents, François Charon appears, Jean Baptiste Charon appears (relationship not stated on records); Thérèse Charon had brothers of those names.
Pierre Piet dit Trempe and his wife Jacqueline Harel had 3 traceable children: Angélique, Pierre and Jean Baptiste. The first 2 married, and Jean died at age 6. There is no apparent gap in the records for his family. All baptisms are present, as well as marriages and funeral. Pierre Piet dit Trempe is brother of Antoine Piet dit Lafresnière.
All told, the marriage contract is the oddity in the summary transcription above. To be verified with the actual contract, whenever I actually get to archives, which isn't often. Until that time, the conclusion that she is Antoine and Thérèse's child is what holds water the best. Tanguay does have errors. Liard-1
