Thomas Richard was born about 1857 in Petit-Cap, Westmorland, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Calixte Richard and Barbe Melanson.
Thomas married Marie Blanche Leger, daughter of Prime Léger and Marcelline Landry, on 22 Nov 1880 in Cap-Pele , N.B. Canada. [1]
Their son was Narcisse Richard.
Thomas died on 21 Dec 1939 in Petit-Cap. [2]
