He was the son of Pierre Robichaud and Marguerite Robichaud, born about 1760[1][2]. This father is the Pierre Robichaud born in about 1725, not the Robichaud born in 1698. A parents age 35 is more likely than 62 (though not impossible for a father). Pierre Robichaud born in 1698 had no children named Francois, all of them born in Port-Royal.
1797: Francis Robishaw to Phebe Eayres, both of Cobentown Plantation (Orono, Me.) [3]Francois Robischaud married Phoebe Eayres daughter of Joshua Eayres, by Corp Jonathan Eddy. This fellow who married them escaped Canada running to the USA after trying to capture of the Canadian Forts.[citation needed]
He was living with Phebe in Brewer, Maine in 1850, having been born in 1770.[4].
He died in 1853 at age 94 (consistent with birth in 1759 or 1760)[5]
