Have you ever considered participating in one of WikiTree's Connect-A-Thons? It's a great opportunity to add new profiles, whether they are extended family members or someone who fits into of one of your projects. The next one will run from Friday, April 22nd to Monday, April 25th.
If you are interested in participating, you can sign up in the G2G forum registration post at https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1392037/have-you-registered-for-the-april-2022-connect-a-thon-yet?show=1395381#c1395381 and add another badge to your collection. They ask you to join a team, so I invite you to join the Mid-Atlantic Team since I notice you have paternal roots in Pennsylvania and New York. You are not limited to adding profiles for only this region, of course. Like you, most of us have roots in many other regions and countries. Hope you'll consider joining the fun!
This week we have your last stop on the guided tour. Hopefully, you're feeling like a WikiTree pro! If not, you can always revisit the tour stops via the comment boxes on the right side of your profile.
You've covered a lot of ground the past few weeks. Today, we want to give you just a few more tools that can take you even deeper into the WikiTree forest without getting lost: How to Dig a Little Deeper.
As always, your questions are welcome!

You may have been hard at work adding family members and getting connected to those that are already here. You probably have at least a few profiles that you manage now. So, this week we're going to look at how to work with your Watchlist: How to Manage Your Watchlist.
As always, your questions are welcome!

You have been here for a while now! We hope your profiles are starting to come together and that you've enjoyed getting to know all of us a little better.
You're probably getting a good feel for the collaborative nature of WikiTree by now. We know that collaboration isn't always easy. So, we've put together a few pointers that can make working in this type of environment a little easier: How to be a Successful WikiTreer.

It's time for the next stop on your guided tour. This time, we'd like to introduce you to our community, show you some ways to get more involved, and recommend some ways to stay up-to-date on everything that's going on: How to Join in the Community.
If you have questions, use the "reply on" link under any comment to get to that volunteer's profile page. From there, scroll down to public comments in the right column and leave a message. Any one of us would be happy to help.

I'm just checking in to see how things are going. Are you enjoying WikiTree so far? Any questions? Any issues?
Feel free to contact me via my profile page. I am happy to help!
You are now a confirmed member, and you can get started adding your family members. As we've said, WikiTree is quite different from other genealogy sites. So, we've put together a guided tour to help you learn how to use it. Your first stop is
How to Start Climbing Our Tree.
Tomorrow, you'll hear from a Mentor who will check in to see how you're doing and answer any questions you might have.
Next week, you'll get another message with your next stop on the guided tour.
You can have fun with our Question of the Week in the G2G forum:
[https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/377841 What traits do you see being passed through your family?
Welcome
Greeter Derek (Northern Ireland)
Welcome to WikiTree! The initial email from us has helpful links that will get you started on WikiTree.
WikiTree is different because our goal is to have one profile per person, and that means we all work together as a BIG collaborative team!
Are you, like myself, interested in how your family fits into the big tree? Do you have research youd like to share? When you confirm your email address, youll have an opportunity to volunteer (To add your OWN family information), then one of our Greeters will be happy to confirm your membership, and youll be on your way!
When site is busy please be patient waiting for Greeter
NOTE- adding Info is limited until you Volunteer and become a FULL member.
Welcome to the family! Glad you joined.
