Wilhelmina's name was spelled a variety of ways. It appears as Wiligammine in her husband's military pension record,[1] as Willignina on her son Henry's 1900 marriage record, [2] but as Wilhelmina, the more common spelling, on son Henry's 1897 marriage[3] and on the FindAGrave website.[4] In the records, she was most often named "Minnie."

1870 In July 1870, Minnie and her family lived and farmed in Haney, Crawford County, Wisconsin, USA. The household was recorded on the census that year as:

1900 In the 1900 census, Minnie is recorded by her middle name, Emelia. She reported that had 12 pregnancies, but only six of those children were still living. A widow, Minnie was still living on the farm in Haney, Crawford County, Wisconsin, USA and named her occupation as a "landlady." Her son Henry lived with her and worked the farm.[5]
1905 Wilhelmina Brickner died about 18 Mar 1905 and was laid to rest at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Mount Zion, Crawford County, Wisconsin, USA.[4]
