She passed away on August 13, 1991 in Citrus, Florida and was buried at the Hills of Rest Cemetery.[1][9][10]

GODDARD, OMA LEE, 84, of Inverness, died Tuesday (Aug. 13, 1991) at Avant Nursing Center. Born in Gorman, Texas, she came here 19 years ago from Amarillo, Texas. She was the owner-operator of a beauty shop and a member of Istachatta Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Walter E.; a sister, Ova Chandler, Brownwood, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. Charles E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness.[9]
