Biography

Philip Henry Sinn was baptized in the Reformed Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1736; his parents moved the family to Maryland a few years later.[1]

Philip was confirmed in the Reformed Church in Frederick, Maryland on 11 April 1754 [2]

Philip married Anna Elizabeth Zimmerman on 6 November 1764.[3]

Philip is named in his father Henry Sinn's will; he inherited a piece of land called "Loom".[4]

An Ancestry tree gives Philip's death date and place as 1786 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania[5], though more evidence is needed for Philip moving back there and for the date. The 1803 will of John Ramsburg refers to Philip's property Loom that John had bought from the executrix of Philip Sinn[6], so Philip had certainly died by 1803.
