Swanepoel-722 and Swanepoel-312 appear to represent the same person because: Same data. There is a second son named Jan - baptism 4 Aug 1715
Swanepoel-313 and Swanepoel-312 do not represent the same person because: From Genealogy records of the Swanepoel family it clearly states that the two Jans did exist. In those days if one should die the next born would assume that name, not always the case but in 50/50, But thank you for your keen observance.

Swanepoel-313 and Swanepoel-312 appear to represent the same person because: According to source, only one Jan Swanepoel was named by his parents. The birth date of the one profile is the death date of the other profile.
